🔁 Refunds & order issues (quick note)
Because we sell food items, we can’t accept returns on opened products for hygiene and safety reasons.
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, we’ll put it right — just email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging (if damaged)
Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method (timings depend on your bank/provider).
