Made-to-order Pick โ€™nโ€™ Mix

Because many of our Pick โ€™nโ€™ Mix products are packed to order or built to your chosen mix, change-of-mind cancellations or returns may not be available once preparation or packing has begun, where the law allows.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or with something missing, please contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 24 hours so we can investigate quickly.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If goods arrive faulty, damaged or not as described, your consumer rights still apply.

1. Cancelling before dispatch

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at contact@mayflower-munchies.co.uk.

If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund.

Because we aim to dispatch orders quickly, especially orders placed before 5pm, we cannot guarantee cancellation once preparation has started.

2. Change-of-mind cancellations

For some standard online purchases, customers may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery and then return the goods within a further 14 days.

However, some products may be excluded where the law allows, including certain made-to-order, custom-built, personalised or food-related products.

If you are unsure whether your order is eligible, please contact us before opening or using the product.

3. Pick โ€™nโ€™ Mix and made-to-order products

Where a Pick โ€™nโ€™ Mix order has been made to your chosen selection, packed fresh to order, or otherwise prepared specifically for your order, we may not be able to accept a change-of-mind return or cancellation once packing has started, where the law allows.

This is especially relevant for custom Pick โ€™nโ€™ Mix bags and made-to-order sweet mixes.

4. Damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or with missing items, please email us as soon as possible and ideally within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photographs of the packaging, shipping label and affected items where relevant.

We may offer a refund, replacement, resend or partial refund depending on the issue.

5. Return postage

If you are returning an eligible item because you changed your mind, you may be responsible for return postage unless we agree otherwise.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us before returning anything so we can confirm the best next step.

6. Refund timings

Approved refunds are normally made back to the original payment method.

Where a cancellation right applies, refunds are usually processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods back, or earlier if proof of return is provided.

For damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, we aim to resolve matters as quickly as possible once we have reviewed the issue and any supporting evidence.
