Refunds & Returns

Real talk: we pack every order with care. Because our products are food items, refunds and returns have a few rules to keep things safe, fair, and hygienic.

🍬 Perishable goods

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds on food items once they’ve been dispatched — unless the item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect (wrong item supplied)

This aligns with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exclude perishable goods from the standard right to return.

📸 Damaged / faulty / incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and outer packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

🧾 Missing items

If something is missing from your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We’ll investigate quickly and sort it as soon as possible.

🚚 Delivery times & delivery issues

We’re not liable for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout
  • Access issues (e.g. gated buildings, no safe drop, wrong phone number)
  • Courier/network disruption outside of our control (traffic, weather, peak demand)

Please double-check your delivery info before placing your order.

If something goes wrong and it’s fixable, we’ll always try our best to help.

🧠 Change of mind

We don’t offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases on food items once an order has been dispatched.
