Are your sweets packed fresh to order? +
Yes. We pack orders fresh to order so your sweets are prepared specifically for your order rather than taken from old ready-packed stock.
How does your Pick ’n’ Mix work? +
You can shop ready-made sweet bags or choose your own Pick ’n’ Mix where available.

What happens in hot weather? +
Some items, especially chocolate and other heat-sensitive products, may be affected during warmer weather.

Returns, Refunds & Problems
Can I cancel my order? +
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible.

What if my order arrives damaged, faulty or with something missing? +
Please email us as soon as possible, and ideally within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the issue where relevant.

Can I return custom Pick ’n’ Mix bags if I change my mind? +
Because many Pick ’n’ Mix items are packed to order or built to your chosen mix, change-of-mind cancellations or returns may not be available once preparation or packing has begun, where the law allows.
